Respite Bed Program received the 2019 Community Service Award from the
Brooklyn Heights Association honoring the program's work of providing overnight emergency shelters for homeless adults. Program Manager Yehudit Moch oversees the dedicated volunteers from local congregations that staff the individual sites. Read more about the wonderful night in the

We are pleased to announce that twelve CAMBA Program Leaders have been invited to participate in the 2019 American Express Leadership Academy. American Express
has teamed with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®) to train emerging nonprofit leaders in the skills they need to move up, take on new responsibilities, and lead their organizations into the future. This highly selective training program convenes 72
emerging leaders for an intensive five-day seminar on leadership and skills training in New York City. Virtual follow-up continues for a year through 2020, including one-on-one coaching, evaluations, online access to materials, and work with accountability partner.
