The proposed redevelopment, a business campus, will bring thousands of jobs back to the community, increase state and local tax revenues, and have a positive impact on the property value of the immediate surroundings. |

Act 47 Recommendations Hearing
ESI's President Steve Mullin, Senior Advisor Dan Connelly and Senior Analyst Brooke Queenan
held a hearing to provide recommendations to the City of Chester under Act 47. ESI will recommend a three-year plan to Chester to exit their 'distressed' status.
