This is an opportunity for residents and businesses to contribute to the creation of a vision plan for the Curry Ford study area, which extends from Cloverlawn Avenue to Dixie Bell Drive, and approximately a quarter-mile to the north and south of Curry Ford Road.

FAA to host public workshops
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is in the process of modernizing the airspace around airports throughout the nation including Central Florida (South-Central Florida Metroplex)!

The sessions will be held from 6 pm - 9 pm at these locations.

  • April 15th: Lake Nona High School - 12500 Narcoossee Rd, Orlando, 32832

Bike Plan Update
Public Meeting

The City of Orlando is updating its bicycle plan to expand and improve conditions and facilities for bike through the city. At the meeting you will learn about closing existing gaps in the bicycle network, connect to community destinations and opportunities and improve safety for cyclists of all ages and abilities.

Come in for an association check-up. The Community Connections Workshop will
help you in evaluating how
well your association is running and share ways to make it run better. They will assess your association’s foundation, communication outlets, community building, project success, meeting effectiveness and more. Get your association where you want it to be as we discover the secrets to growing a healthy association.

Lifeguards Needed
The City of Orlando is hiring lifeguards You must take a swim test prior to attending a lifeguard class. Materials needed for the class: swimsuit, towel, goggles, a change of clothes, paper, pencil and a sweater if you get cold easily. Participants may not separate the course and must attend in two concurrent weekends. There are a total of 4 classes over 2 consecutive weekends. Class space is limited.
