We are pleased to announce our recent acquisition of  nine buildings in three markets totaling  1,349,131 square feet. 

The Earth City Industrial Portfolio located in St.  Louis,  Missouri, is a five-building warehouse/distribution park totaling 649,689 square within the St. Louis metropolitan area. The St. Louis region is home to a thriving industrial sector driven by its central location and exceptional transportation infrastructure.

The Malone Distribution Center, is a three-building warehouse distribution park totaling 382,500 square feet in the highly sought-after Southeast sub-market in Memphis. Located immediately off of Highway 78, the park offers premiere access to three interstate highways (I-40, I-240 and I-55), the Memphis  International Airport, and the BNSF intermodal yard. The  Malone Distribution Center is adjacent to Shelby Air Park, a 6-building 991,000 square foot warehouse distribution park also owned by Diamond Properties. Diamond Properties also owns Memphis Depot, a 43-building, 4,288,000 square foot industrial park
located approximately 8 miles away from Malone Distribution Center.
