EUMC YOUTH MINISTRY Update - February 20, 2020

FEBRUARY ACTIVITY: INVITE YOUR FRIENDS!!!
WE WILL NOT HAVE SMALL GROUPS AT THE CHURCH THIS SUNDAY. GO DIRECTLY TO CASTLE SKATELAND FOR THE ACTIVITY!

WHAT: Castle Skateland!

WHEN: Sunday , February 23

TIME: 7-9PM

COST: $3 (bring more money if you want food, snacks or games)

WHO: All Junior High and Senior High teens and Adult Leaders! INVITE ALL YOUR FRIENDS!!!!

WHERE: Get dropped off and picked up directly at Castle Skateland on 980 Loveland-Maderia Road.

CONFIRMATION UPDATE
There is NO CONFIRMATION CLASS this Wednesday, February 26th, because it is ASH WEDNESDAY. Instead, all the confirmands and the YOUTH GROUP are encouraged to go to the Ash Wednesday service at Epiphany UMC at 7pm.

Our next retreat overnight is scheduled for March 13-14. All the information for that retreat can be accessed  HERE

SUNDAY MORNINGS
This Sunday we will be continuing our theme called ONE STORY. This curriculum begins with Genesis and works its way all throughout the Bible to Revelation. The intent here is for the teens to see the continuous story of redemption and love. Many teens hear stories from the Bible but aren't quite sure how they all fit together. This is an attempt to connect all the pieces so that they see the One Story of God's love from beginning to end. This weekend the lesson focuses on JESUS ENTERING INTO THE TEMPLE. Class is at 9AM and 10:30AM in the youth room. All are invited.
