Do you ever have the feeling your “smart” phone might be smarter than you? These tiny computers we hold in our hands can be powerful devices, once we get to know them better. In this hands-on workshop you’ll discover how to outsmart your phone by customizing how it reacts to commands, taking your experience further with apps and email, and clever tips to make your life easier.

About Crista:
Working in tech support for15 years, I’ve repeatedly heard people talk about their negative experiences. I’ve come to understand that most of the time listening, providing guidance and patience go much further than just “fixing the issue”. So in 2016 I decided to take the plunge and opened abcd TECH for the “not so tech savvy."
My goal is to empower people to feel comfortable interacting with their digital world. Computers, cell phones, Macs, tablets, WiFi, printers and more. I can help setup new devices, cleanup viruses and malware, help with file management, dig you out of what I call “password purgatory” and a whole lot more.
