Hello there . . . My name is Cathy Gonzalez and I am your Resident Fitness Entrepreneur. Local to Rancho for over 20 years and Owner of a Fitness Business for 9 of those years, I am constantly evolving & looking for ways to bring the Best and Most Effective Group Fitness to our Residents & Businesses.

I got my start from attending a local Boot Camp for several years and experiencing the ups & downs of my own Wellness. Back in 2009 when I got certified, I started out with 1 very small outdoor Boot Camp class. Fast forward to today and I have grown to 3 boot camps and a very innovative location named Studio 30, The Kettlebell Fit Club.

It is the ONLY Studio in the Inland Empire that teaches 30 Minute Kettlebell classes. Other gyms might use kettlebells in their workouts but we actually teach an entire class using Only a Kettlebell. We just recently expanded into a TRX training class and a New Innovative TRX / Kettlebell Hybrid class. These classes are so unique to the Fitness World because they utilize multiple muscle groups in every single exercise creating this Thermal Burn or better known as the After Burn. You Burn more Calories in a 30 Minute Session than you would in most 1 hour cardio classes.

I pride myself for thinking outside the Normal Fitness Box. I Never do what Everyone else is doing because I completely understand the need for Variation to keep Motivation levels high.  You will not show up at a Boot Camp class & experience the same thing over and over like a lot of Trainers do. It changes every day, every class, in all variations and formats.

In Conjunction with my Innovative Approach to Fitness, I also guide my Clients on their Health & Wellness journey. I’ve faced my own struggles in weight loss and what it means to be truly Healthy. I understand how a Community of Support is critical to EVERYONE therefore I’ve Built a Constructive Environment for Success. We work together. We Build Each Other Up. We Welcome Others into our Community and We Gain some Amazing Friendships through our Fitness & Wellness.

It’s Truly an Awesome Fitness Community! In conjunction with classes, I stay very active and work hard on my Own Fitness. I want my Clients to see and feel like they have someone to look to for advice and guidance. I’ve trained for and ran multiple half marathons. I do different mud runs (Camp Pendelton, SBSD, Boot Camp Challenge etc.) From 5k, 10k, 15k races to Team Relay Races. I've done a few fitness competitions, run obstacle course style races including the Spartan Race Series. I like to hike and trail run and have competed in different weight lifting style competitions. So, if you have questions about different races or if you need recommendations about what type might be good for you . . . just ask.

I can help with training for any of these types of races/competitions. My Involvement in Fitness & Wellness does not stop there. I log tons of Volunteer hours every year participating in multiple Committees. The Health and Wellness Committee for the Etiwanda School District, The E3 Foundation Board of Directors, The Healthy RC Steering Committee to name a few. The well being of our society is a big issue these days and this gives me the opportunity to bring a fresh, healthy perspective to School and City Officials.

I am super excited to meet you face to face and to help you achieve your fitness goals, whatever they may be. (Fitness, weight loss, run a marathon or just your Overall Fitness)

I’m happy to answer any questions you might have. Call Me Any Time!
