Social Isolation, or the complete or near-complete lack of contact with other people, has become a growing epidemic among older adults recently. 

It can be as dangerous as smoking 15 cigarettes a day. Learn about this new epidemic impacting over 8 million older adults nationwide.

The 2018 Grants Cycle will focus on programs that reduce social isolation. Grants Workshop start next month.
 
Keiro encourages prospective applicants to attend an informational workshop conducted throughout this summer. Workshop will help prospective applicants better understand the focus of the grant cycle and how to successfully apply.

Beginning April 1, 2018, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) started issuing new Medicare cards to its beneficiaries.

While you will not need to take any specific course of action to receive the new card, here are five things you should keep in mind about your new Medicare card.
