Shelter News
We received two wonderful new vacuums for the shelter from donors, one for the main building and one for the white house, and both are working great.   Many thanks to them for their generosity!

Adoption news:  Waldo, our 15 year old diabetic, has been adopted.  Willow, a 14 year old senior lady, was adopted this week.  She was returned to us after being in the same home her whole life, so this is a great new start for her.

Jillie received her specialty dental, and is recovering well.  Her mouth no longer hurts, she is eating heartily, and is headed to her new home this week!!
W
e are also happy for one of our "hallway ladies"...Cassie, who was a bit cranky at times, was adopted recently.  She loves her new home and human, and is a totally mellow kitty now!  Kitten season has now arrived!  We have 4 nursing moms in foster, one pregnant mom in foster, and a total of 46 kittens in foster care.

Cat Miller, one of our adoption assistants,  is taking over our social media and will be keeping our posts up to date.  Be sure to check them out!

Opt to Adopt Indri

Indri is looking for her forever home!  Indri is a talkative 4 year old who loves sunshine and chatting with her human friends! She is a small cat with a big personality.  She is tolerant of her feline roommates, but would be happier as an only kitty, especially with her dietary needs.  Indri cannot properly digest her food as her body can't absorb the nutrition in it.  She is on a prescription diet food, Royal Canin Select Protein Rabbit (or Duck) and Green Pea for malabsorption syndrome.  She is also on an oral steroid to decrease inflammation in her digestive system.  Indri loves to spend time lounging in the sun and just enjoying life.  Come in and meet her today.. Indri may be the perfect cat for you!

Indri is part of our Perpet-U-Care program because of her special diet and digestive health.  Please click the link to find out more:
