Cold spring days only means we're looking forward to summer sun. Jakub has headed to Italy to join Rowan after April in Slovenia. Officially summer is but a few weeks away, with Norway always on our mind. This year summer bookings have been coming in strongly. If you wish to join us on a summer clinic or trip, take a look at our options, with both all inclusive and coaching only on trips, tours and new short courses.
Our Norway Creeking starts in Voss as a road trip to Sjoa. Meaning that paddlers can enjoy both west coast and Oppland white water in one week. After the Sjoa River Festival, we have the our Sjoa Creeking Trip, based in Sjoa we look to focus of high value coaching on the local prime runs. The Sjoa Creeking Trip is a natural step on from our popular Piemonte Creeking in Italy.
This year we have added an easier trip to Norway for paddlers pushing on after starting in the sport, the Sjoa LaunchPad is a similar programme to our Soča LaunchPad Trip. Also we have a range of Norway Short Courses, hosted in Sjoa, see below for a lineup. Lots of new trips for more paddlers to enjoy Norway's many charm's.

| JOIN US THIS SUMMER IN NORWAY |
We certainly been enjoying the spring in Slovenia & Greece, and have been in Italy this recently. Soon summer is upon us, and as the Alps get clogged up with holiday traffic, paddlers look to Norway for high adventures, clean drops and great white water. On all of our Norway programmes, we get to run world class white water everyday, whether in Sjoa on the
Sjoa Progressive & Dynamic trip, down the waterfalls of Stør Ula on the
Norway Steep Creeking Trip or on the slides of Valldal, during the
Valldal Road Trip. Norway has it all, and we have the experience and expertise to share these delights with you. Plus we have our all new
Sjoa Creeking and
Sjoa LaunchPad Trips.
On all of our trips there is of course a large slice of coaching. This coaching is not planned lessons, but sessions that target individual needs and focus on performance to simply get more fun out of your paddling. It's always big smiles when great lines are run.
Off the water the great service does not stop, all our trips include accommodation, local pick up and all the river shuttles of course. On our Norway Creeking and Valldal Road Trips, the paddlers decide the catering solutions, where we tend to cook or eat out as the occasion permits, whilst on the Sjoa Creeking and Sjoa Progressive it's all fully catered or coaching only options. | Gene17Kayaking brings their short courses format to Norway. Blown-in resident and Gene17Kayaking's creator, Simon Westgarth heads up these courses based in Sjoa and Hunderfossen. Renown for his developed coaching expertise and love for Norway, Simon provides world class coaching and kayaking insight. A co-host of the Sjoa River Festival, he knows the wider Sjoa area and its great rivers and coaching venues well. The opportunity to learn and progress swiftly is common place on our courses, plus we're have fun trying new lines and enjoying the great white water to be found in Sjoa. If you don't see a course that suits you, just get in touch and talk to us. We can easily arrange one-to-one sessions, personal skills courses or any coaching you need. We can run British Canoeing & the Norway Paddling Federation Courses on demand. |

SJOA LAUNCHPAD
|
| We're been wanting a shape a trip in Norway for intermediates. Based in Sjoa in late summer, the Sjoa LaunchPad is for paddlers wanting to enjoy harder white water. If you were a beginner last season or have returned back to the sport and need help we provide an all inclusive trip with great coaching all in a playful setting. Jakub Sedivy, Jake Holland and Simon Westgarth will be on hand this summer in Norway, all have great local knowledge and extensive Norway paddling experience. We are very excited to open up Norway to those paddlers pushing beyond Class II. Norway, its rivers and very fine landscape awaits. |
