The Impact of Sleep on Your Health May 14 at noon Register Now! $10 for Members $15 for Prospective Members Lunch included Presented by : Dr. Jennifer Liebenthal D r. Liebenthal has years of training and clinical experience on this subject ‌ Are you curious about the impact of sleep on your overall health? This presentation covers topics such as Insomnia, Sleep Apnea and Narcolepsyn, in addition to general sleep hygiene, things you can do on your own to improve your sleep and when it's time to seek professional help. You will learn about the importance of a good nights sleep. At the end of the session there will be 10-15 minutes for individual questions.
