Reality of Now musical
AHS Student Producing Own Musical

When AHS senior Annika Stenstedt was a freshman, she wrote a song that she then shared with her musical theater class.  In response, her teacher, Megan McKinley, promised her that if she wrote a musical, she would produce it in her senior year.

Stenstedt took the promise to heart, and over the last four years she has worked with other students, local choreographers, Ms. McKinley, and musical director Mark Dietrich to bring her first musical, "Who We Are - The Reality of Now," to stage. You can see the show May 16, 17, 18, and 20 at the Frederick Chacon Little Theater. Tickets are available here .
