WORD FROM THE PRESIDENT

Hello Fellow and Future WTS Colleagues,

It has struggled to arrive, but spring may finally be here in North Texas! With this arrival comes renewal and rewards!

There's nothing like the WTS Annual Conference! It is an opportunity to refresh our leadership efforts and professional development tools, enhancing and growing our workplace and  networking  skills.
This year, WTS International will host their 2018 conference, "Driving the Waves of Change," in San Diego, California, May 16 - 18, 2018. Our very own Daphne King (Hayden Consultants) was selected to participate in  the Executive Women's Roundtable discussion during the conference. We are looking forward to hearing all about it!

Rewards abound for everyone at the Greater D/FW Annual Awards Banquet on April 20th!  While there are many awards to present, everyone attending deserves recognition for their support with this event.  If you haven't registered to attend, please do so as soon as possible. This year promises to be an eventful evening filled with lots of fun and networking!

Additionally, we're encouraging all members of our student WTS Chapter at the University of Texas at Arlington to participate with planning and attending the banquet.

We're just getting started with the year! Watch for more programs, events and opportunities to share!

Until then,

Adrienne Williams
President, WTS Greater D/FW Chapter
MARCH PROGRAM RECAP...
Our March Program was nothing short of AMAZING with a great turnout!   Thank you to Craig Atkinson, Vice President of Communication  and Strategic  Services at The Walsh Group, for informing us on various ways creativity is evolving and how to implement it positively in the workplace. We truly appreciate the time and effort, as well as ideas brought to the table!
