Reminder: If you are a current practitioner with an approved waiver from SAMHSA which authorizes you to treat a maximum of 30 patients at one time, that patient limit may be increased to a maximum of 100 patients within the first year if you submit a notification of your intent to treat 100 patients to SAMHSA .
