Course Description:  There could be a lot of reasons why you aren't moving forward in your job. It could be there's no position at your company for you to move to. Perhaps your boss doesn't think you're ready. Part of taking control of your career involves knowing yourself. What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? Where can you improve? How do you do that? In this course, we'll take a look at three categories of workers: unskilled, skilled, and overused skill. If you fall into the unskilled category in certain areas, how do you move to the skilled area, and how do you stay there? That's what this program is all about. Click here to log in and watch this course.
