Welcome

The next two weeks are going to be very busy and exciting for us at the Solano SBDC!

This week ( Thursday, April 19th), we're presenting the special FREE event Access to Capital. Seating is limited, so register now by clicking on the button below. The event features  top notch financing experts who will share an insiders perspective on how to improve your odds at getting that loan or investment to start or grow your enterprise. These tips will shed some light on what it takes to get capital and help you decide if you are ready for it.

The morning event will also feature a resource fair and networking with numerous area partners such as area chambers of commerce and economic development organizations that are also important connections for new and existing businesses.
At the end of the month we will kick off  National Small Business Business Week  with  Retail Revival: Competing with Big Boxes  taught by guest speaker Marc Willson!  Marc has visited more than 2,000 communities in 27 states bringing his expertise from the Virgina SBDC Small Town Business and Merchant Program (STAMP) helping independent retailers learn how to out maneuver the competition.

This early morning workshop will be held on  Monday, April 30th from 8-10 a.m. For both of these special events, advanced registration is required and seating is limited.
