The Collective's Community Outreach
The Collective's intern Carishia Williams, top right,
directs art activities at the Free Market Square, which occurs every third Saturday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. at 2301 Elgin near Emancipation Park.
Children and adults participated in art activities with The Collective at the Pan African Cultural Festival (PacFest) at Our Park and SHAPE Community Center.

Workshops and demonstrations are offered at The Collective, 4101 San Jacinto, Suite 116, on Thursdays from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. and Fridays from 1 to 3 p.m.
The Community Artists' Collective invites you to learn about and to work on textiles, including quilting, knitting, crochet and embroidering.
