Show & Tell
" -- this month will include an interesting 1955 item which is associated with the
La Vernia school
! Light refreshments will be available.

at the City Park!
We need volunteers for special projects including:
- Helping us conduct oral interviews of our most senior La Vernia citizens.
- Greeting guests at the museum on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month, noon to 3pm. No experience needed. Volunteers always work with an officer of the LVHA.
- We always welcome ideas from members for historical subjects you would like to see highlighted in exhibits and publications.
- Many more ways to help are waiting for you! Just tell us what you are interested in!
This will be our last meeting until September. We are off during June, July, and August, however, the Executive Committee does continue to meet during the summer. The museum IS open during the summer.
The
La Vernia Heritage Museum
is open on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month from noon to 3 and by appointment. Call 210-392-3281 for appointments. Tours are free.
