TONIGHT at 6:00 pm
Public Hearing: Endicott Zoning Board of Appeals

Tonight everyone opposed to SungEel's Battery-Incineration project will have an opportunity to share their concerns.

Attorney Claudia Braymer, representing certain residents of Endicott, wrote this letter to the Zoning Board of Appeals on June 8 that details the background to tonight's meeting.

At issue are the statements from Mayor Linda Jackson and Village Manager Anthony Bates who have said that the SungEel facility "is a permitted use" in the village of Endicott.

Attorney Braymer disagrees with this for several reasons and states that "the proposed facility is expressly prohibited by the Village zoning code" and "could not be approved without a use variance."

Please Attend Tonight's Meeting
It's important for the Zoning Board Members, who are new to the job, to hear your concerns
