How to Contact Your POP and Neighborhood Officers
Did you know that you have a Problem Oriented Policing (POP) officer and patrol officer assigned to your neighborhood? RCPD uses a community policing model that connects officers with residents and businesses. This results in a better understanding of   the needs of neighborhoods, and it offers residents and officers an opportunity to get to know each other.

POP officers focus on identifying solutions to long-term issues affecting you in  your day-to-day life, such as a problematic neighbor or business.  Neighborhood officers will respond to calls in their designated neighborhood to the extent possible and partner with POP officers to address long-term issues.

RCPD has a map that you can use to easily identify and contact your POP officer and neighborhood officer.  Click here to visit the map.  Simply enter your address, and the officer information will pop up.
