The next iteration of the Accountable Care Collaborative (ACC) is scheduled to begin July 1, 2018. The goals of the next phase are to improve member health and reduce costs.

In November 2017, the Department announced the awards for the seven Regional Accountable Entity (RAE) contracts. The Department has made available the proposals from each of the awarded entities on CO.gov/HCPF/ACCPhase2 .

ACC Phase II Behavioral Health Services in the Primary Care Setting
The purpose of this webinar is to describe the Department's policy promoting the provision of short-term behavioral health services within primary care settings for brief episodic conditions.

Interested parties can submit their questions to the Department using this form on  CO.gov/HCPF/ACCPhase2 . The Department will not be able to respond directly to all inquiries but will use the questions submitted to tailor upcoming communications and resources.
