Take Action for Our Oceans:

Speak up with W2O as we voice our opposition to proposed oil and gas drilling in New England's ocean. Come to a public hearing on Tuesday, February 27th at the Hyatt Regency Boston, One Avenue de Lafayette, Boston. Comments will be accepted from 3-7pm.
  
W2O members are gathering at the Hyatt at 3. Please wear blue to show your support for the ocean! I f you cannot attend the hearing, please submit your comments. Please  email us with any questions! 

Members Only W2O Book Group, Tuesday, March 27th

Pick up a copy of "War of the Whales" by Joshua Horowitz. Hear the story of how one man took on the Navy and discovered the connection between Navy sonar and mass whale strandings.

The W2O Book Group will meet at a private home in Boston on Tuesday night March 27th at 6:30pm. Come for lively conversation & light refreshments. Please bring an ocean loving friend.

An Eye Opening Photography Exhibit  in Marblehead
 
Nigella's Exhibit
This exhibit shows the impact of climate change on coastal ecosystems. These stunning photos by W2O Board member  Nigella Hilgarth show the beauty of these remote locations and their raw vulnerability to rapidly rising sea levels.

The exhibit runs through Feb. 28th.
