All the holidays and winter are finally coming to an end and spring is just around the corner so what's better then kicking it off with some easy at home workouts that get your heart rate up, require no equipment and are free!

Many of you may not want to spend that monthly fee on a gym or maybe you are intimidated by others at the gym because you don't know where to start or may feel like you are going to embarrass yourself. This is a very normal feeling to have for one who may be just starting to workout, but that should not hold you back. You don't need a fancy gym or equipment to get moving. You can do simple at home workouts that are just as effective.

Some examples it can help with is weight loss, boosting your respiratory health, enhancing your cardiovascular health, help control risk factors for heart disease such as blood cholesterol, diabetes and hypertension.
