Tell Zinke:
Leave the Methane Rule Alone
The Trump Administration has finally proposed its new Bureau of Land Management methane rule that rolls back--and guts--the rule that YOU helped to get on the books.
Trump’s dangerously lax new regulation takes direct aim at Americans' health and safety--and wallets--while pandering to the oil and gas industry.
YOU HAVE MADE A DIFFERENCE!
Your comments helped get a strong rule in place that applies to new and existing facilities. You helped stop the Congressional Review Act rollback attempt. And, the courts stopped the BLM from arbitrarily staying the rule. But now, Zinke is at it again and we need to make our voices heard.
The BLM’s analysis shows this new proposal will cost Americans more than $1 billion in wasted natural gas and pollution--and they’re not even holding public hearings to let us weigh in.

MAKE IT PERSONAL
If you have lived, worked, or traveled in or near oil and gas fields, share your personal experience. Have you noticed the smell of gas? Do you live in an area affected by increasing air pollution from oil and gas operations?
Even if you don't live near oil and gas operations, your comments are valuable as they relate to air quality, climate, and industry responsibility.
