 SUMMIT SUCCESS

On behalf of the Collective STEP for Youth team, we would like to thank all those who attended Connecting Hope: Uniting for Youth. We would like to extend our appreciation and gratitude to the planning committee members, speakers, trainers, exhibitors, sponsors, and volunteers. Two hundred and fifty-two attendees were able to experience an energizing performance by Drum Cafe, a captivating keynote presentation by Calvin Terrell, informative breakout sessions, a lunch activity by PSA Art Awakenings, an inspiring closing keynote from Jessica Rubio. Participants were also able to network with local exhibitors, youth-serving professionals and enjoy art created by youth. A summit attendee said, "What a pleasure and honor it was to take part in the STEP Conference. I cannot thank you enough for creating this opportunity for community connection. It was a superbly executed and organized event." The attendees presence helped to make this event a great success and their enthusiasm and positive energy ensured the time together productive and educational.

If you would like to view pictures and/or learn more about the summit, please visit the Collective STEP for Youth website here. If you have any questions, email  [email protected] and please be on the lookout for future professional development opportunities coming soon!
