ONLINE ENROLLMENT WITH FINAL FORMS

SCCS has transitioned to an electronic forms submission and re-enrollment process for the upcoming school year for students who will be entering Grades 1-12. All families should have received an email from Final Forms containing a link for you to register your students. This is a legitimate, school-approved process we believe will make registration and forms completion-including athletics-more efficient for everyone.   Please click here for the Final Forms link.

Once enrollment is completed, the tuition contract will be sent home for you to review, sign, and return with the $200 family enrollment fee. We have extended the deadline to submit your enrollment fee to Monday, April 30, to have it apply to the 2018-2019 tuition balance. After April 30, the fee will no longer be applied to tuition.   You may pay the fee online; however, Final Forms charges a 4% fee, so you may still pay SCCS directly via cash or check if you wish. Please contact Mrs. Chrissy Snow by email or at 419-626-1892, ext. 311 with any questions, or if you would like to set up an appointment to discuss enrollment in person.

No applications will be accepted after that date. Please submit applications to SCCS by April 23 so we have time to process them before the deadline. If you need copies of forms or help with the application process, please contact Mrs. Chrissy Snow at 419-626-1892, ext. 311 or [email protected].
