Connecticut Architecture: Stories of 100 Places at the New Haven Museum

Connecticut boasts some of the oldest and most distinctive architecture in New England, from Colonial churches and Modernist houses to refurbished 19th-century factories. Christopher Wigren, architectural historian and deputy director of the Connecticut Trust for Historic Preservation, will highlight the state’s rich and diverse architectural heritage in a presentation based on his new book, “Connecticut Architecture: Stories of 100 Places” in commemoration of National Historic Preservation Month. The free program will take place at the New Haven Museum on Sunday, May 5, 2019, at 2 p.m., and be followed by a book signing.
