Celebration of Great Teaching Retreat in Bandera, TX
April 6-8, 2018

A retreat based on the premise that 1) teachers learn teaching best from other teachers and 2) that creativity is enhanced by mixing teachers of diverse teaching fields, experience levels, and interests.

This retreat is a great opportunity for part-time and full-time faculty to examine in depth what calls them to teaching and how to be the best they can be.

HUMA 1301: The Great Questions Seminar
This course was designed to be taught by a wide rage of ACC faculty members with diverse backgrounds in liberal studies. We are looking for faculty who may be interested in teaching a course that was created to help students engage with classic texts and mentor students through their first college experiences. 
Texas Community College Teacher's Association 71st Annual Convention

ACC pays the convention registration fee for faculty to attend the TCCTA convention, but you must be a member to attend. This event is the largest meeting of community and technical college educators in the nation.
