MAY 17: HELP TEACHER APPRECIATION LUNCHEON!

In appreciation of our wonderful teachers and staff here at Miraloma, the PTA will host a Teacher Appreciation Luncheon TOMORROW, Thursday, May 17, 2018 at 11:20 am in the library to thank them for all their hard work.
PLEASE SIGN UP TO HELP WITH:
- DESSERTS: We will be accepting special desserts in the library prior to 11:00 am.
- SET-UP / CLEAN-UP: We need help with set-up between 8:00 am and 11:00 am. And with cleanup starting around 1:15pm.
- FLOWERS: If you have flowers in your garden and would like to donate some to brighten the room, please pop them in the buckets provided outside the cafeteria during circle time or bring them to the library.

applying for the Miraloma YMCA Afterschool Program, please download

submit a hardcopy to Marcus Wong by June 6th.
Spots are filled on a first come, first serve basis and do fill up. Although, we do plan to have space for everyone. If you have any questions regarding the application or the afterschool program, feel free to reach out to Marcus by email (

APRIL & MAY: SMARTER BALANCED ASSESSMENTS

Testing for our 3rd, 4th & 5th graders continues through Friday, June 1. Testing schedules are different for every class - ask your teacher if you need additional info. Please make sure 3rd - 5th graders are in school during this period of time and thank you for encouraging them to try their best. You can read more about our state test here.
