On March 14, the visit concluded with a presentation by the Visiting Team who shared many compliments and positive feedback to St. Francis.
Join our Sharks community for our monthly mass at Our Lady Help of Christians (church across the street). All are welcome! Mass will begin at 7:50am on Thursday, April 12th.
I would like to thank class officers, students, staff, and parents for working together to make Battle for the Paddle VIII an enjoyable, positive, and meaningful learning experience for all. The larger venue allowed the school to offer additional seating so that more people in our community can enjoy the event.

All families were mailed information regarding the re-registration process for the 2018-2019 academic school year, below is a recap of the steps that must be taken to re-register:
a. Once you have logged into the parent portal, click on the Family Information section located on the right side of the screen, then click on the Enroll/Re-Enroll section.
b. Complete all of the information in the registration portal including creating a new billing agreement for 2018-2019 with FACTS tuition management.
c. Pay the registration fee at the end of the process through the RenWeb Parent Portal (see registration fee schedule below)
-If paid on or before April 30, 2018 the Registration fee is $525
-If paid between May 1-May 31, 2018 the Registration is $600
-If paying after May 31, 2018 pay the Registration fee cost is $675
Complete all of the registration information in this section by April 30, 2018.
Admissions for the Class of 2022
Most acceptance letters have been mailed and we are eagerly awaiting to welcome our incoming freshman class of 2022! If your application is complete and you have not heard from us, please contact the Admissions Office at [email protected] . Registration is due by April 27, 2018 in order to secure your place in our freshman class. We will continue to accept registration after April 27th as long as space is available.
To register, please refer to the email that was sent to you about registration and follow that link. You will have to sign up for ParentsWeb, start the enrollment process, set up your tuition payment plan in the FACTS Tuition portal and then pay your registration fee when you are ready to submit. On Friday, May 4th St. Francis will be hosting a Middle School Dance/Parent Information Night. Students 6th-8th grade are invited to arrive at 7pm for the dance in the gym and their parents can join in on an information night starting at 7:15pm in the Heritage Room. Please use this form as a way to RSVP for the dance/info night. Once you have RSVP'd you will receive a permission slip from St. Francis HS that will be required for your student to attend.

Visual & Performing Arts Department
Mark your calendars! St. Francis's Spring Musical Production of "The Music Man" is right around the corner (April 26th, 27th, and 28th, all at 7:30 p.m.) in the BAC. Tickets are $15 / adults and $10 / students & seniors. E-Tickets will go on sale by April 9th on the VAPA News and Events webpage. This is the biggest production St. Francis has ever done, and it's a wonderful show, not to be missed! Click here for more details.
Choir
The choir is now preparing for our annual end of the year "Concert on the Green" which will be held on Friday, May 11th. You will be treated to a casual outdoor performance on the St. Francis main lawn, while listening to an entertaining variety of song selections. Admission is FREE and a picnic-style dinner will be available to purchase You don't want to miss it!
Join us Thursday, May 17th, 2018 from 5:30 to 7:00 pm to complete your Sports Physical.
Physicals are open to all middle school, high school, and college students of the
central coast community. Physical are $25 and will be held at the SFHS gymnasium with
Baseline Concussion Impact Test available.
Families that applied for tuition assistance were mailed either a request for missing information or an award letter with their registration packet in the middle of March. Please submit either the acceptance award contract or missing documentation no later than April 30, 2018.
After April 30th awards that are not accepted will be considered forfeited.
