The annual Provider's Fair is coming up on May 24th. Members are invited to bring information about their organizations to share with one another. You will be provided with a table and two chairs, and you bring the information and supplies to bring your work to life. This is a fabulous morning of networking, and we encourage you to make sure your organization is represented.

Non-member agencies are also welcome to join us. There is a $35 fee for a table which can be applied toward a membership if you choose to join COSA after the Fair.

Volunteer Coordinator's Network

Volunteer Coordinators' Network meetings provide an opportunity for Volunteer Coordinators to come together, on a quarterly basis, to discuss topics which will help them to design/improve their volunteer programs. The meetings also provide an opportunity for the coordinators to share experiences from within their own agencies, and to network with other coordinators.

Franklin County Resource Network

Franklin County Resource Network is a diverse service-oriented group that strives to enhance the quality of life for the community and ourselves. FCRN is an active group, with generally 50 service providers and community members attending monthly meetings on the first Thursday of each month from September to June (9-11 a.m. at the John Olver Transit Center meeting room, corner of Olive Street and Bank Row, Greenfield). All are welcome to attend the meetings which primarily focus on networking and sharing information. The monthly FCRN e-Newsletter is sent out to over 450 people on the Monday prior to the meeting. Between meetings and newsletters, FCRN members use the FCResourceNet email listserv to share information. FCRN has three active task forces: the Hunger Task Force, the Public Policy Task Force, and the Transition from Jail to Community Task Force.

iCarol is the current name of the information and referral system that Community Action will be launching soon to the public and for some partners for the Building Bridges for Coordinated Care grant. We're working on verifying the information in the database and setting up a user-friendly interface for the public resource directory.

What does the system say about your agency and program? To help us make sure your program's information is accurate, please fill out the form here . We'll send you an email message including the information we currently have and a way for you to update that information. Help Youth/Young Adults Be Counted!

Are you working with young people under 24 years old who may be couch-surfing or not sure where they'll stay on a regular basis? Please help us get an accurate count of these young people and demonstrate the need for housing and other resources by connecting them with the survey, which will be sent out soon.

Gift cards are available for those who complete the survey, so please reach out if your organization is interested in providing these to the young people you are working with.
