GW-CEPL's Senior Leader Program
Dear GW-CEPL Alumni and Friends,

Do you want to be a senior executive leader for the 21st century? Are you preparing for the Senior Executive Service (SES)? GW-CEPL's   Senior Leader Program covers the Office of Personnel Management’s  Executive Core Qualifications   and meets the required 80-hour inter-agency training, focusing specifically on higher-level competencies. 

The opportunity allows you the following:
  • Learn from faculty and speakers with real-world, practical application
  • Learn about common and emerging leadership and management issues
  • Develop strategies for effective change
  • Network with senior leaders across agencies

Our next residential summer session is scheduled for June 6-15 . Register today to advance yourself in your career while meeting the pressing objectives of your agency and the people you serve.  
Target Audience:  Federal GS 14-15s and comparable levels in military, state or local 

Dates: June 6-15, 2018 (residential); November 13-20, 2018 (residential); October 4-5, 11-12, 18-19, 25-26, November 1-2, 2018 (nonresidential: Thursday/Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

Tuition: $8,950/person (residential); $7,100/person (nonresidential)

Dr. Ronald Sanders , Senior Fellow at GW-CEPL and V ice President   at Booz Allen Hamilton, is the lead editor for  " Building A 21st Century SES ."
