#4: Setting Up Your LINK Website
Dear Yearbook Advisor, 

As we navigate through our new normal of virtual learning and living at a distance, we understand our schools are facing many new challenges. Entourage is committed to making your yearbook process as simple and easy as possible with the use of new resources and technology!

In last week's hint, LINK was mentioned as a way to gather photos from teachers, students, and parents. 

This week you will learn how to set up your LINK account and all available features such as uploading photos, purchasing yearbooks, designing ads, and uploading videos.

At the bottom of this hint, click to view and download a PDF outlining the steps for parents/students to Upload Photos through LINK.

We have seen thousands of our schools switch to virtual and hybrid learning schedules to help reduce the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), but rest assured that Entourage will be keeping our doors open and is here to support your school.

Introducing our newest feature: Book Builder!
To access book builder, open a page in the designer and go to the Settings tab on the top toolbar
Book Builder allows you to apply whole book templates to your pages quickly and easily

Our book builder offers 8 unique themes that our design specialists came up with specifically for yearbook design. Once installed you can move pages and edit templates to your liking.



LINK is a portal for your yearbook community. It is a separate site (and mobile application!) that links parents, students, and teachers to your yearbook project. 

Link.entourageyearbooks.com helps you stay connected with the yearbook through announcements, and allows people outside of the project to upload photos/videos directly into your photo categories, and purchase yearbooks and ads online. The best part is, you can customize LINK however you'd like to suit YOUR yearbook program!

Under Manage on the top toolbar go to Manage Link and you can enable LINK and choose the features that best suit your yearbook program. Once you edit your LINK preferences, be sure to click the blue "Confirm LINK Changes" button at the bottom.
**If you plan on selling yearbooks or ads online, make sure to hit the "Configure" button after you hit the blue "Confirm" button to set up your pricing for sales**

Once you configure your LINK site you can tell parents to access LINK with these steps:

Send them the direct link found under Manage LINK (above)

3. Click to Upload or Purchase   
4. Login or Create a Username
5. Upload, Purchase, or Design!

View/download your invoice under Manage Invoices from your homepage.
