National Novel Writing Month
National Novel Writing Month began in 1999 as a daunting but straightforward challenge: to write 50,000 words of a novel in thirty days. Now, each year on November 1, hundreds of thousands of people around the world begin to write. Visit the Peachtree City Library or download the Libby app https://Libbyapp.com for books about learning to write, edit, publish, and market your newly written book. Hopeful writers can find their local NaNoWriMo chapter and get connected virtually at https://nanowrimo.org/ Young writers are welcome here: https://ywp.nanowrimo.org/

K-9 Corner
Glinda is an adorable and petite Labrador mix. She recently turned five months old and is getting some much needed TLC at the shelter before being spayed and being able to go home with a new family. She is now accepting applications for adoption!
She only weighs 18 pounds right now- We think that she will reach about 45 pounds or so when full grown.
