RELIGIOUS SCHOOL UPDATE

Everyone had a great time at our Purim Carnival! The kids enjoyed face painters, popcorn, snow cones, carnival games and bouncy houses. Our day started with a spiel led by a few students and Rabbi August, and a Purim song session with Cantor Lily. We hope to see you on Friday night for Purim Shabbat!

Thanks to all those who volunteered and for making it a great day!

Please save the date for our next Religious School Passover Celebration... Exodus to the Beach on Monday, March 26th! Parents are invited to walk with us to the beach.

MAZEL TOV IN OUR COMMUNITY

Our community sends luck and congratulations to Brandon Hess who is becoming a Bar Mitzvah this weekend! For Brandon's Mitzvah project, he is volunteering his time at various Friendship Circle events. He is spending time with kids who have special needs, helping them to participate and make new friends, aiding them in play based activities and helping to make sure they enjoy themselves and have a great time. Mazel Tov to the Hess Family!


Congratulations to TSSB member Seth Davis, whose book, "Getting To Us: How Great Coaches Make Great Teams", was released on March 6th. Seth Davis and his wife Melissa have been members of our community for three years, and their son Zachary recently became a Bar Mitzvah. Join us on Tuesday, March 27th at Seth's release party and book signing at Pages Bookstore in Manhattan Beach at 7pm! Mazel Tov to Seth and his family!

PRAYERS FOR HEALING / MI SHEBEIRACH

We are starting a new tradition during our Friday Night Services where Rabbi August will be reading the names of our loved ones who are ill and need our prayers for healing.

If you have loved ones who need healing, please send us the names you would like to be read out loud.
