Tax Managing Director, KPMG, LLP

Olga is a Managing Director in KPMG, LLP's Business Tax Services Practice. Olga co-leads the Family Office Group and High Net Worth Individual practice in Philadelphia.

Olga provides tax compliance and consulting services to businesses placing emphasis on the business owner’s tax situation. By working directly with the business owners, or their representatives, Olga is able to provide tax strategies that will allow the owners to achieve their desired long-term results. Olga offers tax support to family offices in tax planning and compliance.

Shannon Hartzler
Partner, Lawrence, Kamin, Saunders & Uhlenhop LLC

Shannon concentrates her practice on estate planning and trust and estate administration. Shannon has advised clients on a wide array of trust restructuring, business succession planning, asset protection and philanthropic issues. The estate planning services that Shannon provides her clients include the preparation of wills, living trusts, gift trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, insurance trusts, premarital agreements and family limited partnerships. Shannon also has helped her clients achieve their philanthropic goals through the establishment of private foundations, public charities, and charitable trusts.

In addition to estate planning services, Shannon’s experience has included significant work advising individuals and financial institutions on estate and trust administration matters. She guides trustees, executors and beneficiaries through the complex questions that arise in the course of administration and assists her clients with the probate process, asset transfers and the preparation of estate tax returns.

Elizabeth Sheehan, CFP®, ChFC®, CLU®
Director, Financial Advisor, UBS Financial Services, Inc.

Elizabeth Sheehan is a Financial Advisor at UBS where she is dedicated to providing her team's clients with a holistic wealth management process inclusive of thorough financial planning, insurance analysis, and estate planning.

Prior to becoming a financial advisor, Elizabeth served as the Regional Wealth Management Consultant for UBS' Midwest region. In this role, Elizabeth partnered with the region's top financial advisors to provide comprehensive financial planning to clients. Previous roles at UBS include working on the Wealth Planning Sales team, as well as being a strategic analyst for the CEO of Wealth Management Americas.

Elizabeth joined UBS in 2005 as a member of the Graduate Training Program, a two year rotational program designed to give graduates exposure to several areas of UBS Wealth Management.

Elizabeth Sheehan's financial planning experience has led to her being featured regularly on Good Day Chicago, WBBM Noon Business Hour, WCIU and in the Chicago Tribune and Fox Business News. Elizabeth is the Chair of UBS' All Bar None Chicago Network, a group dedicated to the development and advancement of women at UBS.

Michele Brennan
Executive Director, Consultant Relations Manager, UBS Asset Management

Michele is responsible for managing the interaction and relationships with US investment consultants, located primarily in the Midwest, who research local and global capabilities. She is responsible for the ratings of our capabilities that are researched out of the US as well as ensuring the timely delivery of our corporate and investment messaging to consultants. In addition, she works closely with the US business to cover field (client) consultants.

Prior to this position, Michele has held senior distribution roles at AMG Funds and Skyline Asset Management. At AMG Funds, Michele was responsible for all consultant relationships based in the US.
