At DVFBC, we are committed to helping women find their voices and understand their roles in family business. Just last week a woman expressed frustration to me: "I feel voiceless and I don't know what my role is!"

 

Given our commitment to empowering women, we have intentionally created peer groups for women in family business. I have enjoyed leading these peer groups, designed so women could engage & learn with other women in family business. I led 2 of these peer groups earlier this year, and am currently leading 2 more.

These 12-week peer groups provide a safe space for women to become educated about the 5 Family Business Mountains, how they might find their voices, and become aware of & grow their personal leadership. We inspire women to improve their personal leadership, which in turn will improve themselves, their families and businesses.
