What's been added, improved, and changed:
Password Security Enhancements
  • Users now have the ability to change their own password. In the menu on the top right of the screen, there is a new option to "Change Password".  It will bring up a screen that will prompt the user for their existing password, as well as the new password. 
  • Administrators now have the ability to force specific users to change their password when they next log in. In the employee management settings, in the user section, there is now a checkbox that can be set.    The next time the user attempts to log into Manage360, they will be redirected to the new "Change Password" screen.
  • Administrators now have the ability to change the minimum password strength.  You can choose to allow only "strong" passwords or weaker ones by various degrees. By default, the minimum strength is set to Medium.   This new setting will only be for users who attempt to change their own passwords.  Administrators may still overwrite the passwords with anything.  DynaSCAPE highly recommends that you do not allow weak passwords due to the sensitive nature of the data within your website. 
Change Order Purchase Order Report - The purchase order report is now available for change orders as well. Look for it in the Actions menu.  It will show all the plants and materials being added or increased in the change order.  Warning:  Items and quantities from approved change orders will show up on both the job's purchase order and the change order's purchase order, so be careful not to double-order your items. The purchase order report will now use the company's physical address as the ship to address (if ship to yard is selected) instead of the mailing address. The mailing address will still show in the page header.

Fixes
  • Editing of invoice status, paid date, and check number on the invoice detail page has been re-enabled when using the legacy accounting connector. The new connector populates these fields from QuickBooks as payments are recorded. 
  • On construction estimates, clearing the expiry or estimation date by deleting the text without pressing enter did not actually save the changes. This has been fixed.
  • The new accounting connector will create an account contact in Manage360 using the customer name when the QuickBooks customer does not have a contact name specified.
  • The timesheet approval validation will now prevent approving timesheets that have more labor in a job log than clock-in time. This was working correctly on the web version of the job log entry, but in the mobile app, it allows you to specify a labor quantity that is larger than the clock-in time. This incorrect data will now show up as a validation error message when attempting to approve the timesheet prior to correcting the data.
  • Resolved an issue that could prevent a clock out from being saved to Manage360 if two employees were clocked in separately, clocked out together, and one of the employees had AM or PM mixed up.
  • The construction "Job Cost Detail" report showed zero quantity if the item wasn't marked as completed in job actuals. The checkboxes have been removed and the report will now show the actual quantity to date.
  • Clicking Edit Costbook Item from the edit item information on a construction estimate and then deleting the item from the Costbook will now work as expected.
  • Filtering the customer list report by division will now give more accurate results.
