"Me Time" Mini~Retreat

for Your Well-Being 

This is a special invitation for YOU. On Sunday, May 6, I invite you to let go of your list of to-do’s, free yourself from your responsibilities, release any worries and challenges, whatever those may be, for three serene hours, giving yourself permission to replenish, rebalance, and re-nourish yourself through simple mindfulness and movement practices to re-set your physical, emotional, and mental well-being at this mini-retreat in my home in Baywood-Los Osos.

Invest in some essential "ME Time" by immersing yourself in a morning blended with silence, journaling, contemplative conversation , stillness, movement, and more.  Bring some walking shoes as this will include some mindful walking through the Sweet Springs Nature Preserve nearby!

This morning offers a perfect opportunity to slow yourself wayyyy down in the company of others while diving deeply into yourself. Despite any turbulence in your day to day life, you can be the stillness below the surface.
