The Limits of Working Remotely: There continues to be strong trends toward teleworking; however, new research from Northwestern University indicates that, while productivity can be maintained, innovation and creativity suffer from reduced in-person interaction. Read more
 
Affordable Housing: As communities seek to address affordable housing issues, cities and states are changing zoning codes to allow for more multi-unit housing. Such policies can help residents stay in neighborhoods as lifestyle needs change and help address the existing mismatch between available housing and what people want and need. Nationally, home prices in July were 5.5% higher than in 2019, marking the fastest growth in home prices since 2018. Read more  Read more
