Does your Husky watch Wimbledon in awe or enjoy grabbing the racket and hitting the tennis courts with friends? Spring Sports are well under way but there is still room on the tennis team if your Husky is interested in getting involved. As a reminder, RHP & Ren have a no cut policy and encourage all students to check out all of the various athletic opportunities on campus. If you are interested, Please see Coach Knigin for more details.

A Message From The Advocates for Diversity Club
The Advocates for Diversity (AFD) club is starting an initiative to help students learn how to be good advocates/allies on campus with the "I Am Message." The purpose is to give students a voice (anonymously) in situations where they might feel offended and uncomfortable confronting when they see or hear something derogatory against a specific group (race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, class, ability, etc) whether it was towards you, a friend, or just someone around you. We will read these for you during morning meeting to help create a safe and inclusive environment for all.
Click the button below for the anonymous form. It is a way of having your voice heard in hopes to end inappropriate and derogatory comments and/or activity on campus. Bookmark this form in case you ever want to fill one out. Thank you in advance for your participation.

California Pizza Kitchen Box Design Results
The Art Department fundraiser at California Pizza Kitchen was an enormous success. RHP and Ren families came together on Monday, March 5 to eat pizza, see wonderful art, and support our schools. The event raised over $500 to support our Art Department and its programming.
In addition to the philanthropic component of the evening, students also submitted their pizza box designs to CPK staff for judging. Each box followed the theme "CPK Goes To The Movies," and each student created their design to match a movie of their choice.
The winners of the CPK Pizza Box Design Competition:
Winner - Susana Padilla
Almost Famous
Runner up - Nicole Bishay
Aladdin
Runner up - Maya McKivett
Jurassic Park
Everyone involved submitted great work! Special thanks to Ms. Rudolph and the Art Department for putting the event together.

"
In the future, some of us will work internationally, some of us will work locally. W
hen we see someone different. Do not ask them, 'Why are you different with us, why can't you be like us?'Instead, ask ourselves, 'What can we learn from the differences?'

"Slide by slide, I made it through the presentation. Every slide that I completed, I gained a little more confidence in myself. When I was done, the presentation didn't feel like a big deal at all. I was actually glad that I had been forced to face my fear. After that project, my fear of giving presentations has not been as bad. Looking back, I'm glad I was forced to give the presentation. Nowadays, public speaking still makes me nervous, but not as nervous as before. I think back to 9
th
grade and how great I felt
afterward."
