On Sunday, March 4th, nearly 150 Cinema Arts Centre members and patrons gathered in the Sky Room for our annual Academy Awards Night Fundraiser. This important annual fundraiser supports CAC programs and operations, and is also great fun for our attendees. This year was the debut of our Red Carpet Contest, sponsored by Concierge Photography by Alex M Wolff's Portrait Shoppe.

Attendees were photographed on our red carpet, and photos were shared on Facebook for a week of voting. Everyone looked great! We are so pleased by what a hit the contest was with our guests. Congratulations to all the winners!
Please Vote for the CAC in Fan Favorite Contest on Facebook!
We are so excited to be finalists for the Claire Friedlander Arts & Culture Award at this year's Long Island Imagine Awards to be held on May 1.

Nerds That Care are sponsoring a fan favorite contest on Facebook . Your vote could help us win an additional $2,500 to support CAC programs and operations. You can vote for us every day! The recipient with the most votes will be recognized and awarded $2,500 during the Long Island Imagine Awards ceremony on May 1st! This award is in addition to the five Imagine Awards.

Campaign Ends April 13th at Midnight!

SEAT REPLACEMENT UPDATE:

During last year's annual campaign we reserved a portion of funds raised for seat replacement. Funds raised through sales of seat plaques have also been reserved for seat replacement. However, the timeline of this project has changed. Originally scheduled for fall, and then winter, we are now waiting for a third party issue to be resolved before we can set a new date for replacing our seats in cinemas one and two. All funds contributed specifically for seat replacement are being held aside for this project, which we are committed to seeing through. We will continue to provide updates as the timeline becomes more clear.

THANK YOU.
