Tomball is a happening party place this weekend. Not only do they have the German Heritage Festival Friday thru Sunday, the Cajun French Music Association Houston Chapter has its annual fundraiser at the VFW in Tomball on Saturday. And of course it's the annual South Texas Polka & Sausage Festival in Hallettsville. They'll be inducting the second crop of honorees into the Polka Hall of Fame, of which, moi, the Bohemian Princess, is one. I couldn't be more flattered to be included in the hall this year with the Vrazels Polka Band and the Red Ravens. Wow! The induction takes place Sunday, but the music and fab food start Friday night!

It's the last Friday for Lenten fish frys, including Wallis, where Al Sulak & The Country Sounds will give you a little dancin' music with your fish dinner...Other happenings in Houston on Sunday include the Urkrainian Easter Bazaar and country dancin' at the northside VFW with the Texas Roadrunners...Sweet Home has Glen Collins & The Alibis on Sunday.
