PreNatal Is Back! with a Twist...
6 - 7 pm Yoga for Pregnancy & Beyond (Yoga for Women's Health) with Kate
All women are invited to join this expanded class practice. The focus of this class has always centered around women's health and comfort with a focus on pelvic floor and low-back health in the context of Yoga for Pregnancy. With many pregnant women choosing to steer clear of public places, I've decided to open the class to a wider audience. There will still be a primary focus on women's health during pregnancy but this class naturally translates into women's body care in preparation for -- and beyond birth (even if it's 50 years later!)
I'm glad for this opportunity to expand the offering.
