Multi-Family Community Grounds Fencing:
Ryans Homes at Editors Park in Hyattsville, MD
With urban designs and only steps to the Metro, the new Editors Park in Hyattsville will attract a modern set. To match this industrial vibe, Alumi-Guard® was chosen for it's clean sleek lines as well as it's strength.
We furnished and installed approximately 178 ft. of 4' high black Alumi-Guard® aluminum fence. All posts were 2-1/2" square and set into the earth and set in concrete. The style of fence is 3-rail Ascot with standard bottom.

Waterfront Community Dock Gate with Keypad Lock and Panic Bar:
Cape St. Clair Community in Arnold, MD
Here we used an Alumi-Guard
® Aluminum Gate in a different way. The clients, Cape St. Clair, a community based in Arnold MD,
needed to install a security gate for the marina pier.
We installed one 6' high by 6' wide customized
Ascot Royale Alumi-Guard
® Aluminum Gate with flush bottom and a 3 rail panel with standard pickets plus two 3' wide winglets. The gate includes one Nationwide latch with keypad lock outside and a panic bar release from inside the gate. The keypad lock and panic bar was welded into the gate during construction. Includes a steel shield near lock to prevent reach through, but still provides clear vision. The panic bar is approved for fire codes and is a lot easier to use when boaters come off the boat with full arms.

Williamsburg Homes Annapolis Townes at Neal Farm
in Annapolis, MD
This new town home community boasts open courtyards and pedestrian walkways to compliment the garden style homes at this upscale location. Alumi-Guard
® was the perfect choice for this type of setting because of
it's superior beauty and durability.
We installed 2 foot high black Alumi-Guard
® Ascot 2 Rail aluminum fence with flat top and flush bottom fit. Arched gates with
self closing nylon hinges and gravity latch complete the courtyard perimeter with easy access both in and out. We also installed Olde Hanover Prest brick pavers with a Soldier Border in the Russett color to offset the brick. Each patio has it's own drain basin connect to the downspout system to alleviate the ponding of water.
