Megan Schmidt: Tackle the Challenge- Megan stepped up to be a mentor to new students. She has been kind and including while we have been out of school. She has told me about Sloan Creek and invited me over to play when I don't have a lot of friends here yet.
Cora Craver: Leadership- Cora is new to Sloan Creek and new to the Metroplex swim team. When they told her that she would have to practice at 5 am before school she said ok. She wakes up at 4:40 every morning for practice and is always on time to class with a smile on her face.
Lyla Ternan: The Marigold - Lyla is always ready, willing and excited to learn. While she misses her friends and being at school, Lyla approached virtual learning with a smile on her face! We are thankful every day for her sweet spirit and helpfulness! xoxo mama & daddy

Lori Esser: Tackle the Challenge-You've been learning a whole new way to approach attendance and deciphering all the potential gray areas in order to teach this to staff in a way that is easier to understand and seemingly less of a burden as possible. Not only that, but you are also completing all of your other responsibilities with powerschool, withdrawls, enrollments, etc., etc. This year has been challenging for everyone, but you seem to be taking it in stride.
