Warm up with Stretch and Strength from Body Works Pilates at 5:00 pm.

5:00...Warm up with Stretch and Strength
5:30......Walk or Run with a leader
5:30.....DocWalk
6:30......Closing Ceremony...awards and raffle

It's one of the most fun nights of the year,  and we'd love to see you there! Walk 2.25 miles through downtown, enjoy 25 bands/musicians along the way, "After 7" will perform at Hotel Congress from 6:30-8:00pm, feast on a delicious $9 barbecue from Hotel Congress, and take advantage of the HUGE raffle with 25 gift cards to downtown restaurants and bars!

The DocWalk leaves every Wednesday at 5:30pm. Here's the group last week, stretching along the beautiful river path. You'll enjoy a physician-led two mile walk with exercises built in! Learn more here and let us know if you have any questions or want to come!
