Korean Roll, Kimbap, Cooking Class

Korean class had a cooking class of Kimbap, the most popular take out food in Korea. We made Korean roll, Kimbap, with rice, seaweed, spinach, egg, carrot, pickled radish, and meats, spam, or tuna. The dish is often part of a packed meal to be eaten at picnics and outdoor events. Tasty learning makes the day!
