ABOUT RETROGRADES:  Mercury Retro is more challenging this month and lasts until April 15th.  Positive things you can do at this time.  Clearing away the old stuff, you create psychic space for future opportunity. So I cleaned out my computer.
1. Clear up your paperwork and straighten out file cabinets.
2. Reconcile your check book.
3. Clean out closets.
4. Focus on finishing up old projects and doing research for new ones.

Other retrogrades - Jupiter Rx started in March.  Saturn Rx starts April 17th and PlutoRx  starts April 22.  Not so surprising if things seem to move sluggishly this month and beyond.

BODY -  EXERCISE HEALTH BENEFITS - START NOW 

1. WEIGHT LOSS 
Exercise helps the body achieve a new and lower "set point", eliminating the YO YO syndrome. Aerobic exercise increases metabolic rate, burns up more calories. Exercise helps maintain lean body weight, while decreasing the percentage of body fat. Exercisers may start to enjoy healthy food rather than junk food. 
2. HEALTHIER HEARTS 
Exercise strengthens the heart and lessens the chance of developing heart disease and High Blood Pressure.  With regular exercise, the blood vessels that feed the heart expand and the possibility that clogged vessels will cause a stroke or heart attack lessens. HDL increases.

There is evidence that regular exercise helps maintain the DENSITY of bones and prevents osteoporosis affecting 6-8 million American women.

Exercise increases energy, relaxation, creativity, helps insomnia, decreases depression and combats fatigue. It also helps in regulating blood sugar levels.
