Meet a Wood Turner Wonder! 



  Stoney River Ramsey's newest resident Al has been wood turning for over 18 years! Al gave a fascinating presentation on his craft and shared his collection of beautiful pieces. He demonstrated the skill of turning, explained how to discern different types of wood and showed his assortment of tools. We hope more residents will join Al in his hobby!

Bye-Bye  ButterfliesButterflies

As part of an Earth-friendly spring tradition, Pathway to Living residents released butterflies that they raised from caterpillars into the world.
Butterfly releases symbolize many things, but the most fitting is the notion that we are small and appear to be the same - like the caterpillar - but as we grow older our true beauty shows-like the butterfly!
